Sarah Oesterle, Director of Development, Individual Gifts and Donor EngagementSarah joined the Fulfillment Fund in 2012. In her role, Sarah works to engage people in the Fulfillment Fund’s work and raise $1 million annually through individual donor support.

She leads the Fulfillment Fund Sustainable Funding Team, a partnership that connects community members, volunteers and donors to the Fulfillment Fund’s mission of making college a reality for students growing up in under-resourced communities.  Sarah manages the Leadership Council young professionals board and the Friends of the Fulfillment Fund women’s network, volunteer groups that support the Fulfillment Fund through fundraising and awareness events, volunteer projects and financial contributions.  She coordinates the cultivation and stewardship of individual donors with relationship management, giving campaigns, and recognition programs.

Sarah brings ten years of fundraising, volunteer management, and capacity-building experience to the Fulfillment Fund, having worked as a Major Gifts Officer for the United Way of Greater Los Angeles and a Development Manager at the University of Southern California.

A native of Arizona, Sarah graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California Sol Price School of Public Policy.
